testimonials I bought a house that had been abandoned halfway through a renovation. Rai took care of everything: got a new hvac system installed, appliances installed, gas lines moved, painted the entire house, fenced the backyard, even helped me replace some light fixtures (which is minor for a guy that can build entire houses, but he was happy to help). He kept in touch with me the whole time, let me know how everything was going, and my house secured and clean. He will handle all my future home upgrades. Rai worked with us over the course of 2 years to slowly fix up our home. First, it was a deck. Then a bathroom. Another bathroom. A roof. And finally the biggie: the kitchen, which also included removing a wall and adding a back door to accomodate the layout we wanted. He helped us understand what to expect so that we were always comfortable with what was going on. And of course his work was great quality. Our friends have a hard time believing us when we tell them about our contractor that we love.
